Join members of the Formation Co-Op* for an interactive conversation on the power of listening as a tool for creating new possibilities for youth ministry. This webinar is for Black, Indigenous, People of Color who are lay leaders, volunteers, ministry staff, and rostered leaders that are interested in innovative ways to think about faith formation with young people. Hear stories from current leaders who have been part of the Formation Co-Op representing diverse communities, come prepared to share your experiences and insights.
The Formation Co-Op is a unique partnership between the ELCA and the ELCA Youth Ministry Network, funded by the Lilly Endowment’s “Strengthening Congregational Ministries with Youth Initiative.”
