The individual staying in the room is then responsible for the full cost of the room.

What's the weather like in Minneapolis at Extravaganza time?

We're in Minnesota, in February. Daily high temperatures in February range from 25°F to 34°F, rarely falling below 7°F. Daily low temperatures range from 10°F to 19°F, rarely falling below -9°F. Bring a heavy coat. But you're in luck because the Hilton is connected to the Minneapolis Sky System...a system of walk ways in between buildings. You can be at the Extravaganza and never have to set foot outside.
