Base fee:
  • Registration to be an exhibitor at Extravaganza 2023. The registration cost includes 1 table in the exhibit hall and 1 event registration.
  • Network Partners are a key element in making the Network grow and serve. As a part of your organization's gold-level partnership, you receive one free event registration. To register, make sure you are logged in to the Network website. Once logged in, the "Gold Partner" option should appear for you in the registration options section. If you don't have it, please contact Todd@elcaymnet.org.

The Extravaganza is an amazing event in two expressions, gathered both in person and online. This annual 4-day conference that draws together anywhere from 700-1100 adults who work with youth in congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America for the premier renewal, education and networking event of our church.  It is for the professional and the volunteer.  

Our friend and partner organizations are invited to come and to be a part of the event!  Our Exhibit Hall is the largest of its kind catering to children, youth and family ministry leaders in ELCA congregations. 

Exhibit Hall space is available both onsite and online to allow for prime time connecting directly with congregational leaders who are making decisions about their ministry.  They participate in the Extravaganza looking for resources, training and organizations that can help them.  We hope that you can be there to connect with them!

As an Exhibitor, you are also invited to be a full participant of the event, this includes our Intensive Care Courses that happen before the main event. There is an additional fee $180 per person for these ICCs. Learn more about ICCs here. For our Outdoor Ministry level Partners, included in your 2022-2023 partner level renewal is one ticket to the ICC led by Lutheran Outdoor Ministry leaders.
