In 2022, at the request of congregations, the Network ran a survey to find out if congregations were giving sabbaticals to non-rostered leaders in the church, and if so, what was involved in those sabbaticals.  

1. We asked senior pastors who are a part of the "Senior Pastors of Large Congregations" network for their feedback.  155 invitations to participate were sent.  18 senior pastors participated.
2. We asked the Network through its Facebook group.  122 Network members participated.  

Please note that this data is not intended to be any kind of guideline.  Instead, it is a snapshot of how congregations do (or don't) make use of sabbaticals for non-rostered leaders at this time.
