Registration Policies


Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, or by check. (Yes, we know the image shows Discover and American Express, but we can't accept those.) For credit card payments, the full amount will be charged to your account at the time that you register. For check payments, you will be emailed an invoice for the full amount due when you register. We must receive a check for the full amount due within 10 days, unless...

Sometimes people want to register in the fall, but pay out of next year's budget line. That's fine. Please go ahead and register, and then email indicating that a check will be sent after January 1. We will honor the earlier price.

Please note that all registration costs need to be paid no later than February 1, 2020. Thanks!

Cancellation Policies

To keep the registration cost for the Extravaganza as low as possible, all registration payments are non-refundable. Please note the exceptions below.

On-Site Registration Cancellation Policy

We are committed to the safety of our participants. Please read through the COVID-19 Statement before registering for the On-Site Event.

  • The On-Site Event has been cancelled due to restrictions in place for COVID-19. We will transfer your registration to the On-Line Event at the registration rate at the time of your original registration, and refund the remaining balance.
On-Line Registration Cancellation Policy
  • All On-Line registration payments are non-refundable.
