Extravaganza 2022 Frequently Asked Questions

What are the different ways I can participate in Extravaganza 2022?

  • Onsite Event: You can experience the Extravaganza onsite in Minneapolis at the Hilton Minneapolis hotel.
  • Online Event: You experience the Extravaganza on your own device, through a link that will be shared with you after registration.

Registration and Payment Questions

Is there a Group Registration option?

Yes! Members of your group will be registered using the "add a guest" feature at the time of registration for a special guest rate. Guests will only be able to take advantage of the discounted rate if registered at the time as the primary registrant. Guests will only be able to register for the same level of event as the primary registrant, i.e. onsite primary registrant can add onsite guests and online only primary registrants can add online only guests. Each registrant, both primary and guests, will make their Learning Track selection at the time of registration. 

Does each participant need their own email address?
Yes! The email each participant registers with will be used to verify registration and give access to the event.

I have registered for the event, what's next?

If you are joining us onsite in Minneapolis, you are responsible for booking your own hotel room. Discounted rates are only guaranteed for a limited time. Check out the hotel details on our Housing page. 

If you are joining us online, once the workshop options have been released, you can begin to create your personalized schedule within the Network App. Extravaganza connection information will be sent to registered participants closer to the event.

What is your cancellation policy? 

All registration payments for the online event are non-refundable. You can check out our full cancellation policy here.

How do I pay my balance owed?
If you owe a balance for your Extravaganza registration or your Network membership, there are three options:

  1. Bring a check or pay by credit card at time of registration.
  2. Pay online by logging in to your network account.
  3. Mail a check for the balance.

Online Event Tech Questions

What type of device do I need to participate online?
We suggest a laptop or computer, but you can also use a smartphone or tablet. Click here for system requirements to access Zoom.

How do I access the General Sessions and workshops?
A few days before the event, registered participants will receive an email with instructions on how to access all online program components. General Sessions will be livestreamed and workshops will be held on Zoom.

What if I have tech questions during the event? Where should I get answers?

General Questions

I am participating online, can I watch with other people? 

Yes! Remember - each person needs to be registered for the online event. Be sure to take advantage of our group registration options and discounted guest rates when you register.

Will the Extravaganza be recorded?
The General Sessions and Workshops will be recorded and available to Network members after the event. (Not a Network member? Join now!)
