Exhibitor Information

We would like to invite you and your organization to be an on-site exhibitor at Extravaganza 2022 in Minneapolis, Minnesota AND/OR an online exhibitor! The Extravaganza is the annual gathering of adults who work with children and youth in ELCA congregations. Every year, 700-1100 youth ministers, pastors and adult volunteers gather for spiritual renewal, fantastic continuing education and opportunities for networking and support.

February 11-14, 2022 

New for Extravaganza 2022, participants will gather both onsite in Minneapolis and online via their computer in their own community.

  • Please note: If your organization is already a Network Partner, your Exhibitor registration is complimentary. When you log in to our web site, the system will recognize you as a "partner" and your registration balance will be $0. Gold partners receive an additional complimentary "guest" registration.

Online Exhibitor Information:

Costs: Online Only Exhibitor Registration: $125 which includes one Extravaganza registration, exhibit table and full program access.
  • Additional guest registrations are available:  $35

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before December 15, 2021 will be refunded 50% of registration fees. After December 15, we are unable to refund any of the registration fee. To cancel your registration, email Laurie Hoium.

Online Exhibit Hall Space: 

For those that are not able to join us onsite in Minneapolis for the Extravaganza, we will also have a static online Exhibit Hall available. Once registered, you will receive a link to provide information for your online exhibit table. The online Exhibit Hall will include:
  • Name of your ministry organization and logo
  • Promotional picture or video
  • Contact Information
  • Social Media Information
  • Meeting Times with Participants (optional)
  • Giveaway Information (optional)

We encourage online exhibitors to provide sign-up options for a specific meeting time to connect with participants one-on-one or one-on-few.

Online exhibit table information must be submitted no later than January 15, 2021. All onsite exhibitors will be given an online exhibit hall space free of charge.


Onsite Exhibitor Information:

Costs: Onsite Exhibitor Registration is $415 which includes one Extravaganza registration, exhibit table and full program access.

Onsite Exhibit Hall Space: 

The Exhibitor Hall is in the large foyer located directly outside the ballroom where all General Sessions will be held. It is a perfect Exhibit Hall set up with plenty of space, good light and a natural gathering area during the entire Extravaganza.

Each exhibit space is about 8’ wide x 4’ deep with one 6’ table. Additional tables are available for a fee. The table comes with a black or white table cloth (we won’t know which until we arrive) but you are welcome to bring your own table dressing. You will not know your space ahead of the event but when you arrive, a nameplate will be on your table. During registration you are able to indicate if you need access to electricity.

The Exhibit Hall is open to the public and cannot be locked. That poses a challenge for table security. Be prepared to secure anything of value when you are away from your table display at times during the event.
