Dear Network friends,
The Extravaganza planning team has updated our COVID protocols for our gathering next month at the Hilton in Minneapolis.
We are committed to an event that fulfills our mission and our goals: Powerful spiritual renewal, quality continuing education and great networking. At the same time, we are committed to an event that keeps participants safe and healthy.
We believe that we can do both.
COVID isn’t going to go away anytime soon. And while we cannot eliminate risk, we will do our very best to reduce and manage risk. We believe that these protocols will help us to do that:
The Extravaganza team will continue to pay close attention to conditions. If changes in our protocols are warranted, we will update this plan.
In 2021, together as a community, we had to learn a whole new way of doing the Extravaganza as an online event. This year, we again must learn a new way of doing this event. We will have a vibrant online event, and at the same time, we will have a dynamic in-person event. And while we can never eliminate risk, together we can make Extravaganza 2022 as safe, as healthy, and as meaningful as possible.
Thank you for your partnership in this!

Are booster shots required to be fully vaccinated?
The Extravaganza will follow the current requirements for Hennepin County (where Minneapolis resides) and as such, while boosters are recommended they are not required to be considered fully vaccinated.
What COVID-19 requirements does the city of Minneapolis have in place?
Click here to see the current status of Minneapolis requirements. Currently, face coverings are required in indoor public spaces. A completed vaccination series or negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours is required for indoor dining. Boosters are not required. updated 01/20/222
What do I do if I am registered for
the Onsite event, but am not able to attend due to COVID protocols?
Please email Laurie Hoium to transfer your registration from the Onsite to the Online event. Unfortunately, the Network is unable to give registration refunds based on COVID symptoms or a positive COVID test since we have committed that money to the hotel at this point. For more information, please see our Cancellation Policy.
Will I get a refund if the Extravaganza cancels the event due to COVID-19?
We will transfer your registration to the Online Event at the registration rate at the time of your original registration, and refund the remaining balance.
