Dannica Olsen is the Director of Youth Ministry at Westwood Lutheran Church in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.  

Adam Butler is pastor at Paynesville Lutheran Church in Paynesville, Minnesota.

Elizabeth Pedersen is a Deacon, and directs the high school ministry at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Paul Amlin is the "behind the scenes" guy and handles the podcast production.  In his spare time, he is the pastor at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Dubuque, Iowa.

After attending Megan Floyd's workshop titled "Trusting God's Promise: Unspoken Messages in First-Communion Practices" at the Extravaganza, the 3TC team debriefs with a discussion about welcoming, tradition and the challenges of making big changes in the church.
