Our discount information for Delta Airlines and the Supershuttle (airport to hotel) ground transportation is below.
Please note that Southwest Airlines is probably the dominant air carrier that flies into Kansas City, with the most flights per day. And often, their regular ticket prices are lower than the major carriers (including Delta.) If Southwest is a possibility for your flight, you might want to price that option before booking elsewhere. Unfortunately, because their prices are already discounted, they do not do additional meeting/convention prices, like Delta does.
Kansas City is in the middle of the country, and many Amtrak's train routes pass through Kansas City. The Amtrak station is quite literally attached to the Crown Center (an entertainment and dining complex) which is quite literally attached by skyway to the Hyatt Hotel - Crown Center, the location of Extravaganza 2011. It is a 10 minute indoor walk from the train station to the hotel lobby. You might want to check into Amtrak as a possibility for getting to and from the Extravaganza!

Delta Flight Discounts

This is a great win-win deal! People who book their tickets using the Network's discount code are guaranteed a discount of 2%-7% off of their lowest published rate (depending on the city they're flying from, the dates, etc...)

In addition, for every 40 tickets that are booked using our discount code, the Network will receive a voucher for 1 free ticket, which we will use to get one of our speakers or event staff to the event, saving money and keeping the event as affordable as possible!

To receive this discount, you must book your flight over the phone. Call 1-800-328-1111. When the ticket agent asks, please give them the ticket designator/file number: NM5M5. Because Delta does not yet have this discount available online, they will not charge you the normal $20 fee for booking over the phone.

Supershuttle Discount

We have a discount arranged with Supershuttle to get folks to and from the Hyatt. The discount applies when you buy a round-trip transportation ticket in advance. The total cost for a round trip after the discount is applied is $28. This is a $6 savings over the standard rate. Whoo hooo!

Once you get to the airport, please go to the Supershuttle computer kiosk and enter your information. The van will show up shortly to pick you up and bring you to the Hyatt.
